"Jalen Berg, 19, was in a physical fight with his father earlier in the evening in unit 305, detectives said Sunday. Arson investigators believe Berg intentionally set fire to their apartment in retaliation.
Police said the fight was believed to be over the use of a vehicle, and that Berg hit his father with a baseball bat before starting the fire."
